Did you know fasting affects women differently than men?
I thought it had the same effect but turns out that fasting affects each gender differently at different stages of life.
Dr. Molly Malof is a Stanford lecturer who teaches a course within the Wellness Department of the School of Medicine entitled, "Live Better Longer: Enhancing Healthspan for Longer Lifespan'' where students explore ideas and practices that extend healthspan, the number of years we live free of disease or disability. She is also a Medical Doctor, Entrepreneur and is my guest on this episode of Growth Island.
Her mission is to extend healthspan, maximize human potential, and redefine health care using medicine, technology, education, & media. Since 2012 she has worked as an independent advisor or consultant to over 50 companies throughout the world needing help with clinical strategy, scientific marketing, medical & market research, & product development.
